This soya mince is amazing.Since becoming vegan I have been trying to recreate some of my favourite meals. I decided to try mince & dumplings. I used a vegan beef flavour stock cube and some gravy granules from well known brands along with some chopped onion. It honestly tasted just as good as minced beef. I am so happy.I also love the fact that it is dark textured and resembles minced beef unlike the regular soya mince that resembles minced chicken or pork. Though this company does sell both types which is great.This is a top quality product. That I will certainly buy regularly.I have bought many items from this wonderful company.Thank you

I like to use this in bolognese and bean chilli burritos. Nice easy protein boost that just soaks up the flavour of the ysauce. The bag lasts a long, long time and is very cheap for how much you get.Meat eaters have commented on the chewiness, compared to other vegetarian alternatives that go mushy when cooked.I love the versatility! It doesn’t need to be soaked, just put it straight into the sauce and it’ll thicken it up and make it more satisfying.

Our family love this ? not because they tell me...because I use it as an extender for minced beef, chicken, turkey etc and they never know. It works fantastic in Lasagna and Chilli....it absorbs the flavours of the sauces you are cooking with. Really makes real meat stretch that bit further.

Lovely and fine and swells well when cooking, none of that odd TVP smell you sometimes get. Has absorbed the smoked paprika and garlic in the chilli I've just made, good texture on the tongue. Next up shepherds pie, curry and a Whatsinthe rice and veg soya mix. As in, What's In The Fridge? All in all, pleased I bought it. Only four stars though because the packaging, which I guess is made to look like paper, is in fact plastic, which is a shame. However, the product itself I'd give 5 stars. Oh, and it freezes well once cooked.

This is the best TVP that I've had for years.Since about 2000, the quality of TVP, has plummeted.This, is the best TVP, that I've had for decades.It keeps its texture, many fall apart into mush, and there was very little dust in the bag.

I have used this to make vegetarian versions of so many meals and rate it very highly. It can be rehydrated in water, or in the sauce you are going to cook it in. It doesn't have a weird taste and is easily flavoured. I like that it is high in protein and much cheaper than buying minced beef.I've made:- Classic lasagne- Chili- Spaghetti bolognese- Mousakka- Sloppy Joe sandwiches

Great taste but just got so expensive I use another supplier now, shame really was a great source of supply.

Love this stuff it’s so easy to use with a good texture. Easily stored with the plastic seal. Overall good quality and value for money
