InfratechCD-5024 SS Stainless Steel 39” Dual Element Fixture 5000 Watt, 240 Volt, Stainless Steel Finish

I read a lot about infrared heaters and infra tech in Specific before purchasing it, I had my doubts.I decided to pull the trigger and try it out.I have a 20x15 ft patio with a cover but only 18x10 is used as a seating area, this is important because those heaters mainly heat surfaces and people the ‘light’ touches instead of worming the air.I mounted the heaters below my cover which is 10’ tall.I got 2 of the 5,000 watt units and installed them with a 240v coming from the main panel.I live in Los Angeles, ca and those heaters are doing an excellent job.It is such a nice warmth that covers you and not spotty burning like a gas heater.I connected them to a smart switch plug made specifically to 240v (cost $95) that I can control with my phone.I definitely recommend those heaters and would definitely buy againUpdate- 1/1/2021One of the elements went off.Called infratech and next day I received a replacement.Great product with great service is a dream come true.

The 39 inch length makes it an excellent option for fitting a lot of heat in tighter spaces, and it was very easy to assemble. This 5000 watt unit very noticeably provides more watts per linear inch than Infratech's 6000 watt unit (61 inches long, which I also have). This kicks in the heat very fast and makes colder winter temperatures very tolerable on my deck. My electrician found it easy to connect to the new 240 V line, which he also instslled. And the Infratech Dual Duplex Stack switch I purchased easily controls each of the 2 elements separately. From my experience with this and 2 other Infratech heaters, I'm sold on this brand - as apparently are many other customers looking for outdoor electric heating options. My electrician said that almost all of his customers are installing Infratech. In addition, it was fantastic working with zBuys - outstanding and very responsive customer service!

Awesome heaters TY very satisfied wish Infratech had better instructions on install lucky I'm a Sparky and figured it out only gripe. Live up here Central Cali gonna lub my warmth these put out!!!!

Waited a long time to get this size heater & glad I did. 6k watt on a dual switch is idea for the different temperatures we get here in Atlanta.
