Very noisy, and the heat setting does not stay consistent. Gets very hot even when set at medium. would NOT purchase again

This baby puts out some heat!! Just make sure clients don’t lean their head on it. Hair will burn if it’s on the heating element. If this could mount to the wall it would be amazing. Clients are so happy not to have hot dry air all in their faces. It’s nice and quiet! It’s just kind of big.

Purchased one from Amazon after initially buying from eBay and having the unit damaged and eventually failing by the spinning halo unit snapping off while moving it.The one we bought from Amazon did not come damaged and is still working well to help process clients’ hair as intended, however the connected between the stand and the spinning halo heat unit could be better designed to prevent a similar incident from happening in the future.As a touch-less solution in a pandemic world it is a good option in my opinion if you want to process clients safely, however stated I would be gentle with the unit when moving it around and occasionally checking the mount of the spinning heating element and the actual stand to make sure it does not break.

Purchased TWO of these for my salon in June and a couple weeks ago both stopped working !

I've used this at my salon for the past 6 1/2 months, and it worked wonderfully--until it didn't. It still rotates, and the fan still works, but the heating coil has apparently given out. Not worth the money if it can't be used to process color quickly! I've been trying to figure out if there is some kind of warranty, but I no longer have any of the paperwork on it. Needless to say I'm disappointed.

Easy delivery. Heater gets way too hot and cracks and pops when turned on. Sent back for fear of burning people.

it's a good product and I will buy another one soon
