Can this be used for resistance training? Like how a parachute is used but providing the resistance with the band?

Yes you can do resistance running with the reactive stretch cord. However, you will not want to do drag sprints with this item. It is used as an acceleration tool. Included with your reactive stretch cord is the overspeed accelerator training program. It'll show you many different ways to utilize the reactive stretch cord to increase your speed.

Effective and simple

Really good and simple to put together. My son loves it and the first time we used it he felt stronger afterwards when shooting a basketball - and he needed that. Will see how much we use but I hope a couple times a week - very satisfied

Great for proprioceptive sensory seekers

Bought to use in my pediatric occupational therapy clinic and it’s been a hit with both patients and their siblings! Great for proprioceptive seekers, adhd, low tone, challenging postural stabilization, and so many others. My only complaint is that the big padded belt doesn’t tighten nearly as small as most of the kiddos need.
