Customer service has done an exemplary job trying to rectify this issue. I do love the watch band. It is comfortable and feels durable. Goes perfectly with my watch.

The band looks really good, and appears to be of good quality, however it lacks a micro adjustment on the clasp so it's hard to get a perfect fit. Where this is going on a smart watch, I hope it doesn't affect the sensor reading if it's too loose.The provided delinking tools are really cheap: the replaceable tips of the press are too soft, so I only got one pin out before I bent and broke the rest of the tips. Also, the press does not put the pin in proper alignment, so it is easy to push off center and bend a pin; because the metal is cheap, the pin easily snaps when you try to straighten it.The press in the plastic handle was better in as much as it didn't bend so easily, but when I went to hammer the top of it to drive the rest of the pins out, the metal shaft kept getting driven up into the handle.I think I'm going to invest in a watch tools kit for the future.We'll see if I can live with the fit and if the finish holds up. Next time I will probably do more research and spend a little more.

The black paint, or anodizing, or dye, or whatever was used faded off the band after only about a week of wear. Wear. It only did it on one side. Tried to reach the cellar, but was of no use.

After reading several reviews about the tools, thought I’d share some tips to make it easier for anyone purchasing as I did not have much trouble.1. The screws that hold the watch band to the watch face spin at both ends. They include two screwdrivers so you can hold one end in place while you unscrew with the other.2. The pins in the new band are TIGHT! I used the tool that has the turn-screw end to get mine out. Make sure the pin lines up with the opening on the opposite end of the part you turn to make the pole move forward (otherwise it hits the against the wall and will never come out). TURN THE TURN-SCREW SLOWLY or you will bend the crap and probably break off the post that is used to push the pin out. 1/4 turn at a time slowly and they come out with ease.3. If you are taking out more than one link, take links out of each side to ensure it’s even to put back on.Hope this helps!

The first one I ordered had a minor defect with the clasp and it opened unless you rubbed it around to get it to engage. Return/replacement was a smooth process. I had a feeling it was just a defect b/c it felt solid and well made. Sure enough, the replacement is perfect. So comfortable, doesn't pull on my arm hair, durable (I hike 25 miles with my dog every week and it takes some abuse). Looks great and I have gotten compliments on it.
