Camera came super quick and arrived In a nice box. Product is well presented with all the cables and a stand for you to get started straight away. The instructions are minimal but to be honest, you don’t need them. You plug it in, the PC does the rest. The mic has a small volume control on it for local input adjustment.Looks wise, it looks like a studio mic, cylindrical is shape with the style grill you would expect from that sort of mic. It’s a nice cardioid polar pattern which does cut out a fair amount of background rubbish. Pick up is very good. I sit 12-18” away from it and levels are excellent with the volume control between half and 3/4 setting. No complaints from zoom calls this far ( although it did pick me up arguing with the builders and I was 8-9 meters away in another room 😂). Yeah, mute the mic and not a complaint about it, more advice on how well it can get you!

Let’s face it, most of last year was spent on Zoom. This little guy proved to be a wise investment.As well as regular meetings on Zoom, I also spend a few hours each month playing folk music with friends over Zoom and this is perfect for that. It’s worth spending a few minutes altering settings such as “original sound” but once you’re set this mic is great. Since I’ve been using this mic people have commented on the quality of my sound compared to other users, and I’ve always been pleased with how I come across.I play mandolin, banjolele, recorder, harmonica and I sing too, and this has coped with all of those equally well.

Only tried it once for a quick test call but - so far, so good. Instructions are woeful - but it was easy to assemble and started working immediately it was plugged in.Comes in 3 pieces - tripod / mic head and the holder that binds that binds the 2 together (they screw together). Plus USB cable.update 1/4/2021 - bought this last August and it's been used once a fortnight for a paternal Skype call. This week it snapped (after 7 months). The ring that the mic screws into literally sheared away from the tripod so now, if it won't glue, I'll have to conduct Skype calls looking like a crooner....holding my mic.

The unit seemed to be well made but the unit I received very very insensitive. So much so, I returned it. As I said, it could hvae been faulty. If you order one, test before disposing of packaging!

Hey there! So I got this about a month ago, worked amazing! Got a load of compliments, and it's definitely worth the price. Though, recently when I plug it into my PC, it shows me an error. I've tried reinstalling, updating and deleting the drivers. It still shows me the error.The error says something along the lines of : "error usb device not recognized". So the microphone can't be used. I checked, its not damaged or anything. I tried even different USB ports. Doesn't work.Please help me fix it!Though I would definitely recommend the microphone, it sounds like a charm when it works.
