As shown in the before and after above…it works well.I had just bought these Uggs and managed to spill a drink on them the first time I wore them so I rushed to Amazon to find a soliton and this definitely worked! If used as instructed you shouldn’t have any problem. I’m assuming for those who had problem they didn’t bother reading instructions or the stains were too severe. Highly recommend this stuff.

Well for all the folks that this cleaner ddnt work for, sorry. It sure worked out for me.With Uggz you have to be careful wetting the shoe before applying the cleaner.I used a lightly damped Terry cloth and wiped my shoes, then add the cleaner to a spray bottle, lightly spray and wipe the shoes again, gently wiping the cleaner in, then let it dry, and it did not leave any residue.Just be careful applying the cleaner, not overly wetting the shoe.

I use this for my Uggs and it’s the best !!! It gives a fresh vibe back to them especially after they’ve been rained on.

Bottle had product leaking all over it when it arrived. Rubs color off of boots, not sure if I’m cleaning them wrong?

This is the best sheepskin shoe cleaner I’ve ever tried! It helped me to get rid of some very old stains on my winter shoes! Highly recommend!Anastasia

Product seems to work fine. It does the job it’s supposed to do.The bottle was open and noticeably used, with ~1/3 of the bottle empty. I’m not sure Amazon is the place anymore. Another poor quality purchase experience.

This product is a very thin liquid. I just got a new pair of UGG boots from Australia (expensive), and used it on those as a protectant & conditioner, and on my old boots which were quite worn and stained. Honestly, I don't see any difference.I would really like a good protector product for my new boots. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I wasn't sure if this would work as the water stains on my Kirkland Ugg lookalikes were pretty bad! After two washes with this product, I think they came out pretty good! I followed the instructions. It was super easy and worked quickly. Highly recommend. Can't beat the price!

My Uggs got saturated from walking through lots of snow in the mountains and got horrible water stains but this removed the stains completely. They look like new again. Definitely recommend, just follow the instructions on the back of the bottle.

First bottle came in a bag and had leaked all in bag. Label destroyed. Mess. Amazon sent out another quickly. Good customer service.That one came in fine condition. Pleased.Here's the good. It does work well. It does change the texture somewhat of the boots (I am using on genuine Uggs). I just found it sort of makes them less 'soft' - if that makes sense.I also wished it came with an applicator. I think the real Ugg cleaner does? I could be mistaken. This does not so I just used a soft cloth. Then I removed it afterwards with a rinsed out cloth and kept doing that until the cleaner was removed. I used as minimal amount of the cleaner as possible.It did remove most of all the stains, and I have been wearing these for years in Canadian winters. So I was very pleased. I had never bothered to try and clean before.
