Not the highest quality, but functional
The items showed up as shown in the pictures. They aren't what I would consider heavy duty by any means, but they are all keyed alike. The package showed up earlier than anticipated which was nice, but one of the sets showed up with two dead bolt cylinders and no cylinder for the door knob. Essentially my order was 88% correct, so I was able to put new lock on all my doors, except for one.Side note: each set came with 5 keys, so now I have 20 keys. Not saying that's a bad thing, it just is what it is.

Good
We installed one on one of the new doors and we had to mess with the bolt lock some because it wasn't lining up very well and it would lock extremely hard when it did. So my husband messed with it (don't ask what he did, because I have no idea...lol) and it is working properly now.

Absolute junk
These are junk. Don’t waste your money. Key hole doesn’t index right. The dead bolt doesn’t retract properly. The metal is super flimsy and weak. Just junk. Spend the few extra bucks on the my key from Kwikset or the easy rekey from Schlage if you can’t find a keyed alike set from either of them.

Looks good but poor quality
These exterior door knobs and deadbolts are functional but you can tell the quality is poor. The handles jiggle even when fastened tight and if you overtighten, the latch won't release. When locking the door knob from the inside, up and down is unlocked and side to side is locked. This is the opposite of almost every door knob I've ever used which makes things confusing. We bought these to replace old brass hardware and they do look good. I just wouldn't use them on a house I plan to live in for a long time.

Defective and no response from Probrico
One of the two deadbolts was defective. I contacted Amazon.com and Probrico and got no resolution at all.

Nice looking set
Pros-looks nice-seems to be decent qualityCons-directions aren't great for a 1st time user.-the inside of the knob isn't long enough to fit some doors. I will have to make a wedge. So just keep this in mind when purchasing. (See photo)

Good purchase
Easy to install, look good. They sent me like 40 keys!Great to have all the locks at the house work with the same key.Don't feel super heavy duty, but adequate for me.

Go to lowes
Not easy to install. They are way to short for the regular standard door.
