Very sturdy and durable product
Been using for past three years. Very sturdy stainless steel rods.To be installed carefully since it is heavy as well. Ropes provided with the product easily stay for two years or more. Only rope change is required as and when you find that it is wearing out. The ropes are also available with the seller as seperate order.

Good product and servers its purpose.
*I have a bosh tool kit and usually get small house drilling and fixing work done by my self* You need 1 additional person + a stool + drilling and screwing tool + tape to fix this by yourself. Took about 1 hour to fix it* Call up any carpenter/plumber guys they can fix it for you* Quality is good* Since its made of heavy steel you might find it slight workout of hands when operating it with full cloths.* Would not suggest heavy bedsheets and other stuff. Good for day to day cloths

Sleek n Sturdy Rope!
We are having SS 8 ft with 5 Rods Cloth Hanger in our utility. Original rope snapped within 24 months time. We were using plastic rope for last 4 years which went bad and hence today dated 21/4/25 we installed the (Synergy Spare Rope for Full Dropdown Ceiling Dryer 30 Feet Polyester Rope) for the first time.Some good things about this rope are as follows:# Rope quality is excellent.# Easy to install.# Looks n feel is elegant.# Durability will be proven with passage of time.# It is obviously much better than Local Market Plastic rope it terms of looks and binding (braiding).Thank you, hoping for a fair lifespan.

The only comment i have is about the quality of supporting rope which got damaged with in 2 years, causing inconvenince and substantially higher cost of replacement..

Very good product but bit heavy...
Its not easy to assemble without help of professional carpenter...good quality and sturdiness... only issue while using it feels very heavy after hanging wet clothes...overall good product at given price
