I have a fowlr saltwater aquarium. Just like people, medicines work for most people but makes a few sick and killed a few. This product does NOT save weak fish that are scratching or have cloudy eyes and has trouble breathing, it will make it worse and kill it. This product can only save the remaining healthy fish by killing the parasites in the aquarium.NOTE: This has Formalin which is a carcinogen which can cause cancer in humans. Just buy yourself gloves that go all the way up to your armpit from petsolutions.com---------------------10/27/2013 update: After a week of treatment, I did a 50% water change then a week later I did another 50% water change then I absorbed any chemicals with charcoal and phosphate remover products. Then I added a 2nd 15watts UV sterilizer.Then after 5 weeks since the last time I used this product, I started adding fish. Now after 2 months since using the product (and a thousand dollars of new fish from a lfs that quarantines all fish for 2 weeks), 4 are scratching their gills. The product did NOT kill off the parasites in the water so I am downgrading my review from 3 stars to 1.Would I buy this product again? NO.What would I do instead? 20% water changes twice a week for 2 months.
