Product is great, I'm a big guy, but it fits my self and my wife. And I I don't feel like it's going to break or will flip out of it while sleeping. It's worth the extra money compared to the other, putting it together was easy and comes with the tools u need. Even tho I thought some were pieces I needed to put in the hammock. Lol

Im not very theilled by the quality of this hammock stand or the hammock. Im not a large person, 115 lb, and when i try to lay in this hammock my butt touches the ground because the hammock itself is not a very thick or durable material. I am looking for a more solid hammock to replace it. I thought the support ties would help but they didnt. After setting them up, the ties actually popped out of the adapters and i fell out. I had to rig some washers in the adapters to stop the ties from coming out. My biggest issue, though is that the support feet at the base are very short and the wood is very soft and bendy. Every time you move a little bit it feels like the whole things is going to tip over.Overall, it looks cute but has design and material flaws. I would like to return it.

The design is great and very nice. However, the manufacturing of this item was absolutely horrible!!! Assembly holes were drilled incorrectly and in wrong locations, fabric of hammock was white but top was a yellow white not keeping with advertised product picture. Assembly instructions were incorrect and very poorly drafted making the buyer have to figure out independently the assembly. The canopy wood frame parts did not match up for assembly and requires a complete rework by the buyer. Wrongly drilled holes require filling in correctly and prefixed metal wood inserted screw receivers were glued in with and water soluble glue and come out during assembly requiring the buyer to reinsert using an epoxy glue. Great design and very bad manufacturing practices. If you don't know how to fabricate them this is a BUYER BEWARE.

Easy to assemble, we got it up in under an hour. The parts stickers were on the wrong parts however looking at the pictures helped you understand what part was which. Comfortable and the fabric seems to be coated because the bird droppings brush right off no stains left behind.

Comes with 2 gigantic boxes- each are very heavy. It doesn't appear that they were packaged well, we were missing many hardware. Reached out to CS and a new box with hardware and extra pieces in case of damage. It looks really nice, solid hardwood and most importantly a 2 person hammock with a sunshade. This will be perfect for relaxing by the pool.

Very difficult to be assamble for elderly women. Some woods were cracked. The ceiling material too fragile and not big enough. The hammock is heavy and does not seem too sturdy.

It looks super cool , it’s huge . Make sure you have the room , I have a gigantic pool area with two covered patios and this thing still looks gigantic!. I tried it out and it was fun but my husband is a lot bigger than me and he fell off ,he is afraid he is too heavy. He isn’t overweight, he is 6’1 and about 185. I think I have to loosen it a bit. I think he kind of bounced off of it because it was pulled too tight Lol 😂 Great price

I like the overall look, but at some point, I will probably put a different hammock on the stand as it isn't very comfortable. When you lay on it, the canopy frame is realllly wobbly. Makes me think a strong wind will break it. It was not easy to put together and they sent me parts that don't go to anything. The directions sucked. Also, one piece of wood was split where they put the bolt threading in. I just glued it back together as there was no way I could get the whole thing back in the boxes to return. Also, tons of splinters. The canopy is really cheap material.
