This is a great ingredient to work with. Rehydrate nicely. I wanted cubed ham but I was able to chunk this up to suit my needs.

My mistake. I did not read size.
Now that I see the listing again, it clearly states how big the can is... It is all my fault that I did not pay close enough attention. I just assumed it was the same size of the cans of product sold by Auguson Farms. I will be more diligent when ordering next time.
