Phytoceramides Skin Formula for Soft Clear Skin Eyefive 30 Veggie Caps

I only gave it a 3 star because I have not used it long enough to know if it works on aging skin problems or not, but the ingredient list sounds good so I will continue to use it for 3 months and see if I notice any difference. I would imagine that any product would take at least 3 months to see results.

Phytoceramides is a new supplement for me. Since my skin is starting to show some aging, like crow's feet and somewhat saggy, I decided to try being proactive with my skin. I did a little research about phytoceramides, and the idea is help you skin from inside, to help the outside. I like that this supplement also has vitamin C and Vitamin A, because both have good benefits for aging skin. Along with the vitamins I mentioned there is also vitamin D. I just read an article on how everyone is deficient in Vitamin D, especially during the winter months. I am very pleased you get these extra vitamins with this supplement. This is a vegetable capsule, easy to swallow. This is a month supply, with 30 capsules. I don't experience any after taste for this supplement. I have been taking these supplements for a few weeks. I am starting to see improvement in my skin. It looks good and feels good. My thin lines look less and I am happy with this supplement. I did received this product at a discount rate for an honest review.
