Packed full of fruit and vegetables, powdered. Just mix as directed with water and let it work its magic. There’s no way I could get all that goodness into my body. And it’s not intimidating green, hurray (though some green veg ie brocolli is in the mix). The taste is interesting. I came to enjoy it. I don’t drink it all at once. But am usually finished well before lunchtime. A bonus is that it really helps keep me, ahem, keep regular. TMI? But I find that a definite plus. 💯 recommended.

I first found this product at Costco but couldn’t find it there again so I turned to Amazon. While a bit pricy, I’m addicted. As a woman in my late 40’s, I’m constantly struggling with my weight and this allows me to focus on nutrition even when I don’t have time to prep a meal. I throw a scoop of this with some plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, some blueberries/blackberries and a scoop of vanilla protein powder into the blender with some water and ice and it’s so good! I make this when I’m craving something sweet too as it tastes like a dessert.

Bought the pack of two that was taped together with very sticky tape that left an awful film on the container. Why the tape? It's not necessary. The contents of the sticky containers are wonderful.
