So far I only used it on my boat before putting the boat away for winter and was very happy how it cleaned the vinyl seats and trim. The boat wasn't very dirty but it did remove some spots from the vinyl easily. It also did a nice job cleaning some trim pieces that has been dirty most of the summer. A few times I did need to go over with a damp rag a second time because some residue remained but I think I may applied too much cleaner in those areas. I don't know how well it repels dirt since I put the boat away after cleaning it.Overall I'm very happy with the cleaning performance, time will tell how well it repels the dirt.

I ordered this to use on kitchen chairs that had gotten very dirty and grimy. I've used all sorts of cleaners on them and even tried steam cleaning them and it didn't do much. This stuff cleaned them right up. The material is that vinylish leather. I sprayed it on and left it to penetrate a bit, then used a microfiber cloth to rub. The dirt came right up. I didn't even have to use much elbow grease. Not sure if you can really tell in my before and after pictures (note they are different chairs but both were equally dirty) but the before had a lot of worn in dirt and the after is much brighter and totally clean. Very happy with this!

My son recently bought an older boat with vinyl seats. While the seats were structurally sound, they were a bit grungy with several noticible stains. I ordered this cleaner with these seats in mind.The Technique Marine Interior Cleaner arrived in a bottle with a snug-fitting lid. They included a spray nozzle that worked well to apply the cleaner on the seats. I wasn't fond of the scent, which seemed a bit overpowering to me. I'd recommend spraying in a well ventilated area.With each application, the seats appeared a bit brighter and the staining less noticable. While it didn't totally eliminate the staining, it did lighten it, giving the seats a more acceptable appearance.

Gtechniq is a well known and respected name in the detailing industry.The vinyl armrest in my SUV had become stained from years of contact with my skin. The interior cleaners I had on on hand were not strong enough to remove that staining. I ordered this cleaner with the thought that if it is formulated for cleaning marine vinyl, it ought to work well on my armrest.I sprayed it on the affected area, let it dwell and scrubbed with a soft bristle brush. I wiped it off with a white microfiber towel so I could see what was being removed from the vinyl. Not only did most of the stain come up, but also some additional dirt and grime I didn't realize was there. After a second application, the stain was gone. I had priced a new center console lid. It would have cost me close to $100. Now I don't have to order one.I did not try this on leather, but I'm more than satisfied with its performance on vinyl. With a multipet household I am always looking for low fume cleaners that work. This performs exactly as described. I've used it on my couch, mattress, counters, oven door and bathroom. It doesn't leave behind any residue and has a very light, clean smell. This is a wonderful cleaner for multiple jobs both inside and out. I would encourage anyone to try it. It's a great value for the money.
