It helps but can't cure serious problems. Good to keep you limber & stretch back muscles you normally might not use and then they cause you back pain.

OMG! I was skeptical, but willing to try anything at home. I have chronic back problems (bulging disks and spine getting stuck) to include back pain, and numbness, tingling and shooting pain in my left leg. I have been to physical therapy including traction numerous times in my lifetime. I have tried the painful teeter bed to hang upside down. Anyway, I hurt my back last week simply by bending over at the waist to pick up my purse from the floor. Today (11/9/21), my Magic Back Support arrived. I tried the lowest setting for 5 minutes per the guidelines. 5 minutes! I rolled to the side (dismount) and I was afraid of feeling pain...but no pain! I have NEVER had instantaneous relief before (except using ice for 10 minutes for nerve pain). There are many medical warnings in the instructions so I was careful during the whole process. Anyway, I'll come back here in a couple of weeks to comment further about my healing process. But, for now, if you have skeletal spine issues, I highly recommend gentle use of this product.

Not enough range for myself but works for others in the house

The only thing I don't like it is hard to get it to snap into place. However once I put it in the groove I haven't taken it out since. It is great back stretch. Have a pillow with you to support your neck in the arch. The roller is really nice add-on . I can roll it on my thighs and quads a few times and get out muscle tension in under 5 minutes.

Gives my back a great stretch

Aside from the fact that the direction for use of the massage roller and the stretch nylon were not available, this is great. My husband uses the back thing every night to help relieve pain. I do too, but also to aid in sit ups. I only wish it had more directions for proper use on all the item.

It's a little spendy compared to the others but comfortable. My friend had a cheaper one around $20 which was good but didn't have the memory cotton cushion - so if you want the memory cotton cushion for the extra money go for it.

For anyone with a standing job, any current or former athletes and anyone who works out this is perfect for stretching and loosing up tight muscles and promoting good blood flow. Roller great for calves, lower back, glutes, feet and legs. Can do multiple types of back and side stretches on the adjustable cushion.

Good product but could be hard on back because of how stiff it is. Works well for me for 5 min anymore it hurts. Easy to put away, easy to use, gives me good stetch for lower back

Watched the videos and expected some back cracking . Doesn’t work like that …. I think it works ? Nothings broken and nothings cracking .

I bought it for my daughter who had been looking at something for her back. And then when her older brother tried it he loved it as well. 100% will buy again

Excellent way of extending shortened back muscle from over compensating. Is only really good for one person though as once you increase the arch, it doesn’t extend back to a smaller arch for another user.

The manual is not good as the product. I did have to go to YouTube to get more explanation.
