Easy to take and easily worth it for the price. Will last you for months. Can't say if they work or not but it's nice to know I'm getting the zinc and vitamin c regardless. The taste is horrible though, almost like some sort of metal or plastic

I bought these for myself, my husband and adult son as a possible defence against Covid, soon after I started taking them I developed hives which disappeared when I stop taking the tablets. Thankfully my 2 fellas have not had any reaction so will continue to take them.
