Perfect for Thanksgiving
Bought this to use for Thanksgiving, our first time using a turkey fryer. The food came out amazing. We found a recipe online which consisted of spices and juice, the large piece of rosemary got a little stuck but no biggie deal. It came apart easily for cleaning and we used it again for Christmas. Great product!

No clogging, super sturdy
I'm super happy with this purchase. After having bought what I thought was a great deal on a plastic injector I quickly realized it was junk. Only if you want you inject pure liquid is it useful. My maranaids, like most contain seasoning. I threw the old one in the garbage but I seriously wanted to throw it against the wall. It's so frustrating how it kept clogging up. NOT a problem with this one. You can literally inject minced garlic with this one. No clogging, it's super sturdy and easy to clean.

Much better than plastic injectors
Every thanksgiving there would be cursing in the kitchen when the seal in the cheap plastic injector failed and butter/garlic etc. would go squirting on the walls, ceiling, in eyes, on clothes, everywhere. This injector solves for this problem fantastically. The zippered case is what put this over the top for me.

Hard to use with one hand.
You need both hands to draw liquids into the injector. Had all handles to the syringe been a full circle ring, one could draw liquids into the syringe by the movement of one hand. That helps in the prep. procedure.I returned the product and bought one with another design.
