I have dropped my phone SO MANY TIMES!!The screen built into this case did get pretty scuffed up and had to replace after TWO YEARS, which is pretty amazing (the fact that the case lasted that long AND that I kept the SAME PHONE for that long!!!)So I came back and bought the same case again!I will only buy this case as long as I have this phone.Finger print reader not the greatest, but that's probably user error! Lol!

I work in telecom, under houses every day and this case works great!It's only fallen about 4ft, but not even a scuff on the case.Fingerprint reader works exceptionally well, anyone saying otherwise probably rushed to install it.The description does need to be changed as it says the screen protector that's built in is glass....it's more so a plastic or hybrid.Also note (there is a hole cut out on the screen protector for the camera meaning you could expect some scratches after some time)Would be a 5 star rating had they not lied about the screen protector.Still very happy with the case and my fiancé approves.

Product is as advertised, delivered on time, case feels great.My only issue is that it's packaged with an adhesive sticker to the inside of the clear screen cover. Upon removing the sticker, the adhesive was still present and took me 10 minutes with soap and water to remove (I tried to ignore it, but it's a large and noticeable circular pattern on the case). If they stopped packaging with that specific piece (or replaced it with a case-friendly adhesive that doesn't leave residue on plastic) it'd be a full 5 stars. 4 Star is my rating for the annoyance of cleaning this off.

It obviously was used for a cell phone!! So excited to get it, but the cover wouldn't stay on the charging area!!! Constantly kept coming open, so I exchanged it & now that case does the same thing as the first!!! It's suppose to be covered when not charging!!! Would like to contact them again since it's a waste of money!!! I thought it'd be nice if they followed up to see if it's better, but they didn't!!! I'd like another replacement but don't have the confidence it will be correct!!!

So the durability is amazing. I've dropped my phone countless times and my phone os perfectly fine. My one problem is the case's button on the side broke off very easily as I was trying to put the case back on after cleaning it. Also the fingerprint scanner is decent but sometimes doesn't work.

I haven't broken my phone yet, or the case. It's held up just fine for a few months now. I'm pretty good at dropping phones and it does its job, protects my phone. The kickstand deal on the back means its tricky to put one of those finger rings from the dollar store, or popsockets on the back. The finger print works good, my screen protector was more of an issue than the phone reading it.*pro tip for other clutzy peeps, don't get glass screen protectors. Get the plasticy ones. They seriously work much better. They don't crack the screen when you drop your phone. Trust me on this. I've learned the hard way

The finger print reader is really annoying, and if you take it off, obviously it won't work at all

delivery perfect as usual, as for the case, The fingerprint will not work at all, instructions talk about a finger recognition sticker that should be pressed against the phone screen, no round sticker found on inner case, (big warning lable telling you not to you not to touch the sticker), changed all phone settings to allow a screen protector but still not working, so finger print security is totally useless with the case fitted,otherwise the case is a very good fit and the side buttons work perfectly,unfortunately disappointed***update ***complained to seller and amazon and still no response, after sales is non existent, poor service from seller

This works perfectly for me. Best thing to do on receipt of the item is not to dive straight in to install but to watch the installation video and follow the instructions. You will get a perfect result. The only negative is a lack of colour choice for the S20 6.2 inches. Previously, there was a rang of colours one could choose from. That's why I cannot give 5 stars.

Its ok but I think quality isn’t as good as the price. Looks cheaply made. I wouldn’t recommend if you only trust their product images

Strong case. Dropped it down scaffolding and phone unhurt. However finger print does not work. And always bubbles on screen from plastic coating. I've tried and tried still annoying bubbles. If you have a manual job it's good. If not look elsewhere. It's also not a cheap case so expected more.

This are good strong cases and would highly recommend however the fingerprint recognition bit isn't great at all (I've had to remove all fingerprint logins from apps etc as they now don't work with this case on
