So far I absolutely love this product. This is definitely not the first thing that I have purchased to try to lose weight but it was super easy to assemble and I love that it is easy to pick up and carry around my home because I have never worked out a day in my life. I love that I can fold it very easily and store it whenever I need the extra space. I will say right off the bat if you are getting this to try to lose weight or you were getting this for a flat tummy and you have not worked out before or you are new to exercise equipment, etc. this is definitely going to be a challenge! This is the first piece of equipment or the first exercise machine, whatever you choose to call it, that I have purchased for my own home and for my own use. I will tell you right off the bat that I am over the weight limit. The weight limit for this is 220 lbs I weigh about 225 to 235 lbs so I'm just a little over the mark and this is the first exercise that I've ever done besides walking. So the first day that I got it which was yesterday it was very easy to set up. I haven't notice any problems whatsoever with the counter yet. I'm not going to lie the first time I used it I was on that thing for 15 seconds MAX and I only managed to pull myself up three times, not consecutively. I went up one time and realized "oh my God this is hard!", then another time and I struggled a little bit then pulled myself up once more and I was absolutely done I felt like I was going to give myself a hernia.Let me tell you! My abs are sore! Also, my glutes are sore, my thighs are sore... I definitely feel it where I want to feel it. The second day I used it I lasted about 30 seconds I pulled myself up twice consecutively and then about three more times not consecutively. So it is difficult. I'm feeling the results. I am sore and achey but it's a good feeling and I am confident that I will make progress fairly quick as long as I keep doing it every day. I'm excited to try to get results with this machine and I will definitely update my review in about 6 weeks or so.

This ab machine was super easy to assemble. Literally took only 5 minutes once it was free of the packaging. Although it's super lightweight, making it easy to move around, it is incredibly sturdy. I currently weigh about 185 lbs and I felt very secure using it. It's a good looking piece of equipment too. But if you want to store it, it folds up to lean against a wall or slide under a bed. I highly recommend this machine.

Not ecstatic about the quality of this equipment, but overall, it does what it is designed to do—provide a smooth ab workout for a decent price. Granted, since the counter is essentially decorative, knocking $20 off the price would be more appropriate.Assembly is fairly straightforward. The dental floss thin cord connecting the counter broke immediately, rendering the computer portion useless—not a big deal if using a smart watch to track workout, but if not, I hope you like counting. It does, however, provide a decent ab workout. Start slowly, with a few sets a day.Colors are nice and unobtrusive, and it does fold easily, making it more practical for folks who don’t want it taking up space when not in use.Not sure I would purchase this brand again over similar competitive products, but the machine type (reverse ab crunches), would be worth another investment.UPDATE: I’ve also been using this machine to do guided squats—effective and simple. Does add some value to the product to be able to workout legs as well as abs.

Came today, put together in less than 10 min - very easy. Decided to take it for a spin…… it’s the devil I tell ya LOL. It gives you one heck of a workout. Very comfortable on my knees. Folds up super easy to store and doesn’t take up much floor space at all. Light and sturdy. If you’re looking to punish yourself and get a reality check on your fitness level, get it! Nice product.

Ease to assemble come with a tool.

If I had the option to break this apart I would give the machine itself 4 stars and the cushions 2.I love the machine but I wish I had the option to shorten the bar between the handles and the knee rest. It is a little long for my torso so it makes it just a little awkward length wise for most exercises, and I'm 5'3 so its not like I'm short.As far as the foam cushions they are super supportive on the knees and have a great amount of support but they slide off. It makes it so hard to pay attention to exercising when I am constantly having to slide them back on. I have thought about adding adhesive to the metal before putting them on or even tape them somehow, but I shouldn't have to modify something to make it work as intended.With all that being said it is a solid machine. The frame feels very sturdy and it does glide very nicely. Its simple to collapse and takes up very little space which is great for my in my small home.

This machine is amazing you can definitely feel it work those stomach muscles. I got this in hopes I would be able to work on toning up my tummy since I'm not able to do crunches because of back & neck issues & it has worked great. It was easy to put together, folds up nicely out of the way, is light enough to move easily, doesn't hurt my knees, accurate counter it's a win all the way around! I highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. I'm not happy with Amazon or with this manufacturer not only have I been braided and belittled by Amazon and I sent a letter to their CEO which can't even be man enough to reply back to me about their employees taking belittling their customers after being a paying Amazon member. I am now have the day off to where I can now put this Machinery together and it's damaged. And Amazon doesn't want a credit me all they want to do is give me an attitude what a bunch of crap I suggest everybody you don't buy from this company anymore and let them go out of business
