Messy but Very Effective
Leaves a mess in the sink but does what it is supposed to. Shows ALL the plaque on teeth. Very helpful for my 10 year old son to help him brush better.

Bad taste!
These work amazing and actually help children brush better without the help of a parent if u can get the child to chew it it tastes horrible lol but they do work!

Works, but BE PREPARED TO RISE
It does the well, but as others have noted, its staining properties are not limited to teeth! It gets the point across though.Keep an eye on smaller kiddos so that they're not spitting all willy-nilly. And be prepared to rinse your sink and kids' toothbrushes well right away.My kids have electric brushes, but when we use this, we follow-up brush with free ones from the dentist, or use them right before we're about to change the heads anyway so it's not a huge deal for the brushes, and as long as you don't let the stain sit in the sink terribly long, I find that it rinses away well enough.

stains to skin and mouth that last - could be embaressing
This dyed my hands and my daughter’s mouth. She used it last night and we are still stained magenta. I have started a return.

A game changer for teaching kids to brush their teeth well. The kids say it doesn’t taste good but they’re still enjoying seeing their whole mouth turn purple/pink and brushing it all away
