These are legit the best tasting glucose tabs i've ever tried. They taste similar to American smarties and my non-diabetic husband even likes to eat them! They work very quickly to correct a low and I rarely eat more than 1 or 2 at a time.

I usually only take 2 when my Blood sugar level is dropping. Takes about 10 minutes for it to level back out. Has a texture of a sweettart, not as good of a taste but fairly close. Big.

Wow! If I could give more stars I would! I needed something to combat my dips in my blood sugar levels. This arrived today and when my blood sugar dipped to 81, I gave these pills a try. First, they taste great and after chewing a tablet, I didn’t notice an immediate effect. In 20 minutes my blood sugar was at 112. It worked! I’m going to keep these tablets close by for whenever I might need one. I highly recommend!

Great product! Very effective

I bought three of the small tubes of glucose tablets from a nearby pharmacy. When my hypoglycemia continued, I decided to buy a larger quantity and refill the tubes. This is my second purchase, but it saves money in the end. I can place the refilled tubes around the house, purse, my car, wherever works.

Second time I purchased the "Tropic Fruit" flavored glucose tabs and each time the bottle marked "Tropic Fruit" contained only strawberry flavored tads which is fine since I like strawberry but you may reconsider if you're looking forward to the other flavors.

These work really well. They don’t melt in the heat. I put a couple in an old prescription bottle and carry them with me.

Raises blood sugar. Tastes good.
