Great item and vendor!
I purchased this product in March for my husband's birthday on April 30. He loved the turn table, but unfortunately it had an issue. I contacted the vendor although the 30 days had expired. They were both understanding and responded quickly! We returned the original product and it was replaced with a new turn table. My husband is currently enjoying his turn table as I write this review. I highly recommend the product and the vendor who were very helpfull!

Good entry level table when it works right.
This was my first turntable. I ended up returning it due to a defect and upgraded to a Fluance RT85. The cartridge sat at a strange angle and rubbed against my recordS behind the needle. Which is a shame because I did really like it. Easy to set up. Good sound for the price. Satic wad a large issue and there was more background crackle and pop sound than I preferred but whose to say if that was due to the defective cartridge or not. I also bought the andover spinbase speaker which I did keep - I absolutely love that. After diving into the hobby and researching I think there are better tables in the same price range. But if you get it in good condition this is a fair entry level turn table for people serious about getting into vinyl.

Every other brand is better, even the worst.
We auditioned this table in three homes and no one would take it even as a gift. The tracking is POOR.Belt drive is like a rubber band.Platter is cheap and theon off switch had everyone laughing until they heard the price tag.

Pair it with Spinbase
I bought this to replace and upgrade a suitcase player and I couldn't be happier. I paired it with the Andover Spinbase and the sound quality is amazing. Best thing is it doesn't take up much more space than my old suitcase player used to. Now I get great sound quality all through the house.

A Darn Good Turntable
I purchased this turntable along with the Spindeck Speaker from Amazon. It is a well built turntable and has a nice cartridge. It is pretty much plug and play. Just attach the belt, connect the audio cables and you are ready to go. No tracking adjustments, anti skate adjustments at all. This is already done for you. Produces beautiful music. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it is a totally manual (as most professional type are,) turntable. This means you must get up at the end of the record and return the tone arm to its resting place. I myself find this is not for me. Professional audiophiles will disagree but I am not looking for top quality audiophile turntable for my vinyl collection from years past. I just purchased a fully automatic turntable so I can play a record and not worry about falling asleep with the turntable running and running. This is just me. A true audiophile would probably laugh at an automatic turntable.

Too expensive for something that doesn't work
The user manual speaks to this being almost plug and play, with stylus and weight set at the factory. The user guide doesn't even say how to adjust the weight of the arm. The one I received sounded muddy on some records and skipped quite a bit on some records. In discussing this with the Andover help desk, Andover said to adjust the weight. The only way to get rid of the muddy sound was to adjust the weight all the way in, but then the sound wasn't as full. Was it a bad stylus? In the design, the belt going around the perimeter of the table was awkward and it was easy to bump the belt and dislodge it.
