Good quality and thickness of the handle.

Both the hand holds are of very goo quality and very good in workmanship and finishing .By mistake I have given a appraisal of another product in this item which may kindly be excused. Actually it was for another similar product from another party.

Good and sturdy .

Very good quality. Bought for my 96yrs old Father to help step up from toilet. He is very happy with it, but I personally think it should be little thicker than 1". about at least 1.5".

Product is NOT heavy duty. When i received it, it felt really light. When i opened it, i was disappointed with the weight and sturdiness. It isn't too strong when you hold it. Plus the screw coverings are not thread based, means you cannot tighten the screw caps just like you tighten a screw. So, in all a disappointment for me.

Legs were not cut precisely so that it was not sitting on the wall perfectly. You may see it in the picture posted along with this. May be I got a wrong piece. Otherwise sturdiness and quality are ok.
