What I use when I want to show off.
I usually just make my pizzas and calzones with regular all-purpose flour. But I keep a couple of blue bags for making dough when expecting guests. It holds up better to the temps in our wood burning pizza oven and is lighter, smoother in texture. It’s definitely finer than domestic grocery store 00 pizza flours. Love that puffy tender not to chewy crust it makes.

I make a lot of Neapolitan pizza's and the Antimo Caputo Pizzeria 00 Flour (Blue) flour is my favorite. I have used several brands but found that this one tastes the best and the same as the pizza from the Italian city of Naples. The flour is very fine and never had any issues. It holds moisture perfectly!

Flour So Good, Even Nonna Would Approve 🇮🇹❤️
I don’t know what kind of magic the Italians put in this flour, but for the first time in my life, I ate bread, pizza, and pasta without immediately slipping into a carb coma. No food regret, no nap required—just pure, delicious, “Nonna would be proud” perfection.BUT—beware! If you're picturing a big ol’ American-sized flour bag, think again. These are adorably small—like “this is cute, but I’ll need five more” small.Still, 100% worth it. My doughs have never been smoother, lighter, or more authentic. I just know my Nonna is looking down, nodding in approval… or maybe shaking her head because I’m still not kneading it long enough. Either way, this flour is the real deal! 🇮🇹✨
