LOG BARN Farmhouse Chandelier, 5-Light Chandeliers for Dining Room, 30.5" Kitchen Island Lighting in Rustic Metal Finish

The light is great for the money, just hope it comes with all the parts because customer service isn't their strength. Mine came missing a piece required for connecting the light to the chain. I contacted customer (Home support) and they shipped me a supposed replacement which was the wrong size and color. I again contacted support to which this was the reply... "I am sorry to tell you that we can only find the one as you received now. We do not have extra stock in our warehouse.I've checked with our designer, the one you got can be used."Pretty rediculous.

We are using this light in our little dining room connected to our kitchen. The fixture is beautiful, but it came with a missing piece and we don't know how to get a hold of the company directly. After we purchased the light we saw a review where another customer's fixture from this company also had a missing piece. So, there seems to be an issue with the packaging.We would really love to be able to get a hold of the company to replace the missing piece. We had to create a makeshift thing that leaves the light fixture slightly tilted - not ideal. Great product, but dissatisfied with packaging and missing piece. If anyone here on Amazon can get us in touch with the company, we would really appreciate it!

it was a bit hard to put it up but so pretty

Light fixture is really pretty. Only complaint was taht it didn’t come with all the connecting links and my electrician had to make a link out of chain he already had. We woukd have returned it but needed it for a family gathering.

Installed this fixture in the kitchen of our new house. Product came quick and in great condition. Was concerned it would get damaged during shipping but it arrived unharmed. It is as advertised and looks great hanging. Very satisfied!
