It's like the Tardis
If you travel you will love this bag. I concede they are not quite as sturdy as the ones from twenty years ago (which also had a removable back insert) but just and stop and think about all how much all that stuff you jam in actually weighs (not how it feels like it weighs, which is a lot less) and it will easily last you a decade even with every day use on top of regular shoving under the seat in front of you. There is not a better bag available IMO.

Greatest backpack ever, stop wasting ur time looking at other bags.
Was a backpack enthusiast last year, found this one and needed one to fit a lot of things for uni. This bag has amazed me. Has everything you need. Has so many pockets. I fit all my textbooks and binders, lunch, gym clothes, Gym shoes, water bottle, pencil case, more textbook, a car, my house. You name it. This bag can literally fit anything you can imagine. the suspension system on the straps makes it more bearable when carrying heavy stuff and super easy when carrying light stuff. So many pockets, you’ll always have room. Looking to keep this amazon bag forever. Oh yeah and it also holds my laptop as well, can fit up to a 19 inch laptop, stop looking for other backpacks, this is the one. It also has a completely necessary bike lock grade handle which makes me look so much cooler.
