Good but packaging an issue
These arrived both vacuum packed and rolled up. On unpacking, they are supposed to expand and take on their full size. Most of the tiles did do this - but about a quarter of them did not, as they were either damaged or had just been too aggressively rolled and vacuumed up. When they are as expensive as they are, this is not good. I have since bought packs of the same tiles (different provider) in groups of 12 rather than 24 and they arrive only vacuum packed (not rolled up). These were all perfect.

Density Matters
This foam will achieve a certain amount, but only in a specific and quite small frequency range. The foam will reduce very high frequencies from reflection back into the listening environment, but not lower frequencies, it's simply not dense enough for that. The sort of foam that looks similar to this you see in professional recording studios is significantly more dense than this. So if you have a room where hard surfaces make sound over bright, and confused, this is possibly a good product for you. But if you're recording sound and you have a room that rings or makes unpleasant harmonics, you're probably looking for something denser, that will reduce reflection more significantly across a wider frequency range. It's not a good material for removing early reflections in a home studio mixing room. It's also therefore is not a great product for a vocal booth or practice room, will not reduce mechanical noise significantly, and isn't a suitable for soundproofing (and to be fair, they make no claim that it is). It's really only suitable in my opinion to tame a very bright listening environment, where it should be quite effective and create a more pleasant listening environment.

Packed too tight.
They seem to do the job but the grey ones in particular maybe due to longer storage or the colouring method didn't spring back into shape very easily, 48 hrs and half of them were still flat as pancakes and the tap/hairdryer method didn't work. However using a floor-steamer on them did! It was kinda satisfying watching em spring back to life. However, should I be blasting the product with a floor-steamer some two or 3 days later so I can use them? Probably not. With a strong double sided, foam tape I had them up in no time. They also took no time at all to all fall off the wall over night, leaving the tape stuck to the wall. I then turned to a spray on contact adhesive and they are now stuck, looking good and reducing the reverb in the room but it was a bit of a mission.

Wicked for the price.
Brilliant stuff. They’re a bit thinner than the more expensive pro ones, but unless you’re doing pro treatment in a room they’re perfect. They deaden the reflections enough for most home studios, look great, and spring back really well after a day of being open. Some of them aren’t exactly the same size (you get the same with high end ones too) but it’s only a mm here and there - as long as you keep on top of this when putting them up then they’re totally fine.

Great quality but no adhesive
The quality of these tiles are absolutely brilliant leave them for 48 hours and they really do come out of their shell but there is no adhesive and I'm not sure what one to use as I need to put these onto brick that has white paint on so if anyone can suggest a good adhesive that will stick these to white painted bricks that would be helpful but yes the quality of these are high standard and I would really highly recommend them 2 sets of these does filler small room

Versatile and easy application.
This is a terrific product. Once we entered lockdown we needed to set up a Home Recording booth to continue Recording audio books and recording Radio Drama.I was a little concerned when the squares arrived, flat packed and completely flattened. However the instructions were clear. Open up and leave to rise - a bit like dough once the yeast is added. We gave it 48 hours to be absolutely sure and each and everyone of the squares stood proud and erect ready for adhesion. The. Spray adhesive was excellent. Completely stuck the squares to the inside of our wardrobe. Having subsequently recorded an audio book, we were informed by the production company that the quality of sound in the dead space we’d created in a wardrobe was of Studio standard.Highly recommend this for anyone setting up a home studio.

The product is good, seller had very good customer service. Overall 8/10
So far I have been impressed. My only criticism is that they are slightly thinner than I would be expecting and there is a cutting/indent line on the back of some of the tiles. Slightly more expensive than other manufacturers and although fire resistant is advertised in the amazon marketplace advert, there is no mention of it actually with the product. In fairness the seller has contacted me to offer to send the fire resistant certificate, this would be helpful for commercial situatations needing fire safety compliance documentation. Overall 8/10

Went better than expected
I very rarely write reviews, but I felt I should after my experience. As the description states, and as others have mentioned, the panels arrived vacuum sealed. I unwrapped them, and left them in the back room, which is quite warm, and within an hour or so, all but 5 had completely expanded (the ones that didnt expand, only hadnt because they were face down). Installing them was easy enough using one command strip on the wall, and heavy duty Velcro tape (the soft side, not stiff side) on the panel mounted top and centre (for each panel, so 24 command strips in my instance). Not sure about acoustic performance, but they definitely served their purpose for me, which was to hide some screw holes I hadnt filled properly before painting behind my desk.
