How comfortable is the headset?

The headset is fairly comfortable and light weight. I wore it for an hour yesterday and the only problem I had was on the left by my ear started hurting a little. I do have SPD and MS, so I am very sensitive to pain. I will probably just put a little padding on it. Otherwise, no problems.

Works very well for the $.

I was skeptical when I ordered. Had to give several presentations at a trade show. I did the first one without it and was shouting because it was noisy in the hall. Then I used it for #2 and it worked great. Comfortable head set and loud speaker. I was able to adjust it for proper volume. Super light weight.

Zero stars! Terrible product and return policy?

The product is useless. My own voice is louder. I cannot adjust reverb, bass etc so it’s just a tin canny sound. Head set crackles with each moment and it was really expensive! I thought buying an expensive version would be better quality???? Wrong! Trying to send it back is a disgrace. The post locations won’t except it? The return address is Las Vegas in the US. I live in Holland and purchased via Amazon? What does 750gm cost to send to the other side of the world? I still cannot returned it so am starting a complaint with Amazon!
