Have used this for years; with a little dill weed and equal parts sour cream and cottage cheese makes a great dip, for veggies and chips. Also good on poultry, macaroni and tuna salad, tuna salad.

Best seasoning for potato salad & can’t find in grocery store anymore

My Mother-in-law told me about Beau Monde 40 years ago. This spice makes meat delicious. I use iton steak, pork, hamburger. Really brings out the flavor. I was born and raised on a farm and I never cookfor just one meal. I like to have a variety of 'cooked' food in the freezer for quick meal prep. Last weekendI made 10 stuffed peppers, a crock pot of chili, fajitas, minestrone soup and cookies. I will fill in with porkchops, steaks, spaghetti, lasagna, etc. I order Beau Monde in multiple bottles so that I don't run out.

Great tasting spice that really makes the Dill Dip recipe work! This spice is difficult to locate locally.

I use the spice in cold slaw, cold pasta, potato salad…..pretty much in any side made with mayo.

I needed this beau monde seasoning for making chicken tetrazzini and also for a dried beef dip appetizer. I was having trouble finding it in any stores so I was glad to see a package of 3 bottles of this spice available from Amazon.
