How do I get the door vent to open?

It should slide left and right with the knob

Whats it made out of? Titanium or steel?

I'm not as insulting as the previous poster, because titanium stoves do indeed exist. This one, however is made of steel.

What diameter is the stove pipe?

The stack connection is a small box mount that slides into the back. They only spot weld in two places, which after only a few uses the pipes become detached which means there is nothing holding it together. My came completely apart while using in my tent and it fell completely off landing both on my tent and gear. I got burned pretty bad trying to keep it from setting a blaze to everything. I do not recommend this product until they fix that very big and dangerous flaw. Let alone it took for ever to receive, at one point they told me it was undeliverable, which means during the livery it must have falling apart. It took over two weeks to get the 2nd one they sent and that nearly killed me and my dog and destroyed over $400 of my gear. VERY UNSAFE.
