This product is used in our food service operation. We have many residents that have texture issues with fresh onions.This production provides the needed flavor that fresh onions provide. The flavor of the meals are not compromised due to not using fresh cut onions.

Extremely satisfied with product. Received double packaged without any tearing or leakage of the product. I like to refill my glass spice jar and use it several times a day in salads, sauces, marinades for meats and vegetables. The flavor is not overbearing but enhances the taste of the dish. Wished they would have sent a pamphlet for other spices available for purchase
