The pills are large and I cannot swallow them. No notation on the label that they can be ground or smashed to make them easy to take.

Brought blood sugar from down 375-420 to 200. Brought Cholesterol down - from 325 to 160. (In the desire for transparency, I did add a 30 gram protein shake once a day to my diet recently.) No side effects whatsoever after 4 months now. It took about 3 weeks to show any result, but once it kicked in... wow, this is amazing. Was very skeptical of this product when I saw it on Amazon (think "snake oil"), but this product really works -- in a significant way!!! Have recommended to several others, as well.
