This is exactly what I needed for a chainsaw restoration. Because of the many different surface angles, it was a little tricky to apply the correct amount without runs. Apply the first coat, wait 3-4 minutes and apply the second generous coat. Wrinkling begins as the paint dries but maximum effect takes at least 24 hours. The thicker the coat, the better the wrinkle effect, but it also takes longer to cure.. Better to try it on a test surface first.

Very disappointed. There is no wrinkle finish at all. Paint was applied over a clean sand blasted surface and there is no wrinkle to it at all. Total waste of money.

Works on demand!

I bought this for some parts on my Blazer that my husband is restoring. The "wrinkle" effect wasn't very consistent and I ended up not using it. But for other parts where you don't care about the consistency, it's good.

Read and prep accordingly; this is not easy to make look right

Used this to touch up a few spots on my H D motorcycle engine. Had to spray in a container and use a brush , but worked well and matched up pretty dam good.
