MIRA Dynamics Konjac 100% Natural Fiber Facial Cleansing Beauty Sponge (Natural (Use: Normal Skin))

I ordered the turmeric and red clay package, and when it arrived I noticed on the packaging that the red color sponge is actually Rose infused and not red clay infused. As others have noted the sponges are not as smooth on my face as previous once I've used from other companies but it still works well. In addition the two sponges are not the same size the larger one is the turmeric and the red one is roughly 2 centimeters smaller around the edges. I still use them but I shan't be buying this particular brand again.

Sorry to say the sponge isn't what I was looking for in a face sponge. It's too small when wet.

I really, really don't understand how this sponge works, but it does.When I took it out of the package, and *while* I was using it, I was convinced it was not working. It's a small sponge that fits into the palm of your hand, is oddly smooth (I was expecting something like a Buff Puff, but it's very smooth for a sponge), and is sort of rubbery and strange.When I applied my facial scrub to it, it didn't foam up a lot. I went ahead and used it, and was not impressed. Then I rinsed my face- holy smokes. My skin was incredibly smooth and squeaky clean. Not a "way too dry" squeaky clean, but a very smooth, silky squeaky clean.When i got out of the shower I could *see* the difference. My skin was very smooth, but not overly dry or exfoliated or "sloughed"- you know how sometimes you get that redness/sensitivity after exfoliating? That didn't happen.I really don't understand how the heck this sponge works. It's smooth, it doesn't seem to scrub the skin that much at all, certainly doesn't seem to encourage soap to foam up on it, doesn't seem to really exfoliate the skin, but it makes skin as smooth as glass. I'm truly confused, but totally sold on this. Here's the kicker- I have a Clarisonic that I use regularly, and I think this might have done a better job cleaning my skin. I don't plan on switching over 100% (I love my Clarisonic too much and it's really made a difference on my skin) but I definitely plan on alternating them.There's a few hesitations I have- will this sponge hold up over multiple uses? If it's anything like ultra fine grade sandpaper (which is fine to the touch but smoothes things), the more its used, the less it works. Also, it's moist. And it lives in the shower. Won't bacteria grow on it and then get transferred to the skin? Only time will tell, and I'll update my review if the sponge wears out too quickly or gets funky or if my skin shows any weirdness after using this sponge.But- this weird little sponge really works. Highly recommended if you want smooth, clean skin without overly scrubbing or drying.

I’ve tried a few different konjac sponges, and this is not my favorite. It expands to a large flat surface, and has the look & feel of a kitchen sponge. Because of its flat surface, it’s hard to grip, and my fingers kept slipping as I cleansed my face. Also, the exfoliation is just okay.

I’ve been using them every night since I got them (3 else) The sponge is very soft and gentle on the skin. My skin feels soft and really clean. I really can see a more radiant, clear skin..

So I purchased the 2 pack set that came with one turmeric and one red clay sponge. I’ve used a lot of konjac sponges before and I noticed that these sponges feel a little more thick and rough compared to the other brands that I’ve used, which I like because it’s not too rough but not too soft either. It’s kinda like the shape of a mini pancake.Another thing that’s different is the shape and size, these sponges are round but flat and not flat on the bottom and rounded at the top like the pictures on here show.

This "sponge" is really different. The texture is like something I've never felt before; it's not like your average sponge or loofah, in that it's a lot softer. however, don't let the softness fool you. It washes really well and leaves your skin squeaky clean. It has a squishy, almost jelly-like feel to it. I was able to get a lot of lather using very little soap, so that was a big plus.Highly recommend. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
