I purchased this jacket from my father who has been trying to lose some extra weight. He goes for walks daily and wanted to start sweating more. Honestly, this jacket does just that he opened it up today after getting it and tried it on. He did have to go up in size Because his normal size would’ve been snug it’s a little tight in the arms if you Or a plus size person with thicker arms I suggest going up two sizes than your normal. It has a string on the bottom so you can always tighten it up around your waist. This jacket did what he needed it to do. After going for his walk this morning, he took his jacket off, and sweat poured out of the bottom of it surely is helpful and can’t wait to see him start shredding pounds!! If I could give this a higher star rating, I definitely would. The material is amazing and definitely worth every dollar.

Looks just like the photo, true to size, fits snug, which is perfect for the gym and working up a good upper body sweat. Can’t wait to use it while working out.UPDATE: hopefully me returning does not affect the company ratings, I am only returning it for a bigger size because I didn’t read the size guide before ordering & there was no option to exchange for a bigger size (it will automatically send you the same exact size if you do an exchange) returning but I am placing another order for the same one, just bigger. I will say, this thing sure enough works up a sweat!!! I was dripping leaving the gym which is awesome! That’s what you want.

This jacket has been so amazing. It has helped me sweat more than I have just working out alone. The material is great quality. And the product runs a little small so definitely size up. Does stretch a little bit much. Worth every penny. I’m buying some for my mom and sister. It’s so light weight 10/10 highly recommend.

Gave it a four because it’s actually a nice jacket, not much stretch AT ALL like I literally wear a L/XL in tops and had to get a 3x 🥴 and I’m not chest heavy lol so if you get this jacket definitely trust the reviews and go up two sizes for a decent fit if you like a more baggy fit go up another size but it doesn’t have a draw string for the bottom. It has deep pockets on the sides and a hood. Overall it’s good quality the sizing is just way off lol I’m sure the xl fits like a medium/smedium 😭😂

The media could not be loaded. Perfect fit.I am 5'7 and around 140 pounds. I sometimes have issues with sleeves being too short and these are definitely long enough. Plenty of room for clothes underneath too. Doesn't take long even just wearing it to feel the heat. This doesn't even look like a sauna suit which is great if you're going out in it.The pockets open to be one large pocket which is also a great feature if you need to carry things on your person.

I ordered 2 sizes bigger and it feels snug especially in the upper arms/shoulder area where I cannot move arms. Kind of a bummer. I was excited to try the product

This is my 3rd time using the jacket and I highly recommend it. It does run on the small size but quality of zipper is good and it’s flattering.

You most def need 2 sizes larger. For reference 5 ‘5 38c boobs, two back rolls on both sides- 200 pounds. Solid. This top fits like a large. You def sweat and i like that the hood is also insulated. Being an avid fitness person I would suggest that you wear a sweatshirt over top of your sauna top just in case some of the sweat spills out.
