About 1/4 thick in the padded part you stand on. You get what you pay for and it’s better then Standing on concrete or tile. And looks nice .

still trying to return
product does NOT sit flat on the floor and it is a tripping hazard for my employees and my guests I have been trying to return and the seller is saying it is on me to return when I should not have to pay for a defective product return.

Disappointing.
Very little support or cushion at all. My co-worker bought something similar and here blows mine out if the water. Definitely do your research. Very disappointed in this purchase.
