I called AirZone cloud several times. Received different answers each time. Finally, they wanted me to buy the upgrade that was a intenna improvement. I told them several times my devices were within 5 ft of my router. I removed them this weekend and installed the LG device. No more issue's. ## Features - SMART CONTROL FOR LG AIR CONDITIONING: Turn your LG into a smart device with the Aidoo AZAI6WSCLGE by Airzone. Split units are the most common in homes and offices, while floor units are installed at the lower part of a wall and ceiling units - either ducted or cassette - are fitted into the ceiling. This Aidoo model is compatible with these units, letting you control their operation remotely and efficiently. - MORE COMFORT, MORE CONTROL: Imagine getting home and finding the temperature already perfect. Adjust the temperature, set the fan speed or change the operating mode from anywhere with Aidoo. - EASY INSTALLATION AND APP CONNECTION: To connect Aidoo to the Airzone Cloud app, simply plug it into the air conditioner and make sure Bluetooth and location are enabled on your smartphone. Add it to the app by selecting the device from the list and connect it to the WiFi network by choosing the network and entering the password. Once connected, you can group it by zones if you have several units and assign the corresponding name to each one. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07TKLCT56 | | Best Sellers Rank | 1,679,216 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 545 in Air Conditioner Remote Controls | | Box Contents | Double Sided Tape | | Brand | AIRZONE | | Brand Name | AIRZONE | | Button Quantity | 10 | | Colour | Blanco | | Compatible Devices | Air Conditioner | | Compatible devices | Air Conditioner | | Connectivity technology | Wi-Fi | | Controller Type | Voice Control | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 20 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 08435503558314 | | Item Highlight | Adjust temperature and fan speed from your phone, set schedules and use voice control with Alexa or Google Home. | | Item Type Name | Aidoo WiFi Control | | Item Weight | 285 Grams | | Manufacturer | Corporación Empresarial Altra, S.L. | | Manufacturer Part Number | 1 | | Max number of supported devices | 1 | | Maximum Number of Supported Devices | 1 | | Model Name | AZAI6WSCLGE | | Model Number | AZAI6WSC | | Network Connectivity Technology | Wi-Fi | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Features | WiFi connection | | Special feature | WiFi connection | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** AIRZONE - **Colour:** Blanco - **Compatible devices:** Air Conditioner - **Connectivity technology:** Wi-Fi - **Controller type:** Voice Control - **Item weight:** 285 Grams - **Max number of supported devices:** 1 - **Model name:** AZAI6WSCLGE - **Number of buttons:** 10 - **Special feature:** WiFi connection ## Images ![Airzone Aidoo WiFi Control for Air Conditioning LG - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/710KJ3dYtvL.jpg) ![Airzone Aidoo WiFi Control for Air Conditioning LG - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71jBU9Mu+7L.jpg) ![Airzone Aidoo WiFi Control for Air Conditioning LG - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/614uqLgM1SL.jpg) ![Airzone Aidoo WiFi Control for Air Conditioning LG - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71f2vYwE8BL.jpg) ![Airzone Aidoo WiFi Control for Air Conditioning LG - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71jpOMBww5L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Don’t buy AirZone Cloud. *by R***W on 5 July 2025* This is my second set of AirZone WiFi device’s.
