Why did I wait so long to buy these pans?!?! I've had so many muffin pans over the years, dark metal, light metal, thin, heavy, and they're ok. But these pans... These pans are incredible. Initially, I didn't want to spend quite so much money, but I'm starting a cake/cupcake designing business, and Iblooked at buying these as an investment. I had heard so many good things about Baker's Edge, an went ahead and ordered 2 of these muffin pans.I was blown away by the heaviness and sturdiness of these pans, they're very strong cast metal. Every single cupcake and muffin I've made in these has turned baked perfectly, evenly and nice and tall.This is a standard sized pan, not mini or jumbo. I've attached a few photos of the cupcakes I've made in these pans.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, professional or not. They're so easy to use, and clean-up.... Wow. I just wipe with with a dry paper towel and any baked drips of batter come right off, no scraping, soaking or washing necessary. I've only used these with paper liners, so I can't attest to baking in these without liners, but sure they'd be perfect. These have replaced all of my other muffin pans, and they will probably last for the rest of my life... Most likely, my daughter's grandchildren will bake in these pans.

We had to bake 160 cupcakes for a friend's bash. We needed new cupcake pans as the ones we had were old and dented or the cupcake paper liners rose above the shallow cups. So we hunted on line for better cupcake/muffin pans. Almost all the cupcake pans are made in a two part process with the cups being welded to the pan. This creates horrible crevices for batter to bake into and becomes a bear to clean. This pan is super heavy gauge cast aluminum which means there are NO crevices. The non-stick works well in clean up - although we've only used papers so far. The cups are deep enough to hold the entire paper. My husband loves these pans (because he does the clean up). However it does seem to take a little longer to bake things since the material is so heavy duty.As someone also mentioned, you cannot stick two of them side by side in an oven that is only 21" wide. You can stick them side by side in an oven that is 24" wide though. While these are expensive, they will last forever as long as you don't wash them in the dish washer. Love this muffin pan!

Expensive for a muffin tin but it works perfectly, comes packaged nicely. Very High quality product, super easy to clean. Blueberry muffins are a specialty of mine and this pan was 100% worth purchasing

I love this muffin pan. I was impressed with it's weight - it is heavy duty, and I love the design. It has two small inset areas to pick it up with pot holders without the pot holders touching the muffins or cupcakes. The last question was, how will it perform. I finally tried it and I am going to put my old pans into the garage sale stack! I cook paleo and the recipe I used has no flour. Before my muffins tended to not rise very much and as a result they were a little more dense but yummy. However, with this pan, my muffins rose a lot - I couldn't believe a pan could do that (maybe a more even distribution of heat?) and when the muffins were done, they were beautiful and believe me I have made these particular muffins a lot. I had greased the pan with coconut oil and there was absolutely no sticking ! Sure it is a little pricey - ok a lot pricey - but you will be able to pass this heavy weight beauty down to your kids lol. Bakers Edge is a winner with me.

I like the packaging and toughness of the material, I just wish it didn’t have quality issues and a lower price.

Amazing pan...extremely sturdy, there will be no warping here. Fabulous finish, so easy to clean and baked good pop right out, no residue left in the pan. I love that the entire pan fits into one side of my double sink...no more flipping the pan back and forth to clean. Gotta smile every time I look at the "faces" on the bottom of the pan. Best muffin tin I have ever owned! Highly recommended!

I didn't want to review this product until I'd really tested it out. Well, I have and it lives up to all the hype. I've made blueberry muffins several times and they fall right out. Recently I wanted to make baked stuffed clams but the clams I used were a little small for stuffing. I used these tins and the results were excellent. The little clam cupcakes had a yummy crisp crust on the bottom--this doesn't happen when you stuff a clam shell. This morning I made popovers--a challenge for most non-stick tins. Out they came, easy as pie. They aren't dishwasher safe, but they are very easy to clean. A really great product to invest in--worth the price. I wonder how it would work with mini-meat loaves?

Best cupcake pan. This is the first time my cupcakes didn't collapse once cooled after removing them from the oven. They were so delicious two were eaten before I could snap a photo. I just wish the two side handles were a bit bigger to grab when wearing oven mits.
