I tried to fix my D-I-L's Ray Ban sunglasses, which had snapped at the bridge, first using superglue (lasted a day then broke with normal handling) then using epoxy glue. (lasted a bit longer but but broke the first the glasses were dropped. Decided to have one last try using a Fixits stick . It made a strong join with just a hint of flexibility, which seems to absorb the shock of dropping; I deliberately threw the mended glasses down a few times fairly hard onto a carpeted floor. The fix held up and looked no worse for wear!

I needed to repair a photo frame which I really liked and didn't want to throw it out. I tried glue - and that didn't work. So I saw these Fix-its and decided to give them a go. They begin to go hard again very quickly after they have been softened, so you have to be fast. But then you can soften the piece of Fix-it in hot water again and again till you're happy with the fix. It took me 2 attempts to get it right and by the next day, it is really set hard.

Great stuff, easy to use i have repaired a vacuum cable, back shelf in the car, & made a pull for a zip, would definitely recommend

I liked the idea of a reusable fix it so gave this product a try. The instructions recommend that you heat it in hot water, so the softened plastic comes out dripping wet and doesn't stick. I tried to dry it but I ended up with a towel coated in a sticky mess. I find it sets in seconds, so has to be worked very quickly and tends to look ugly because you can't shape it in time. I tried to use it to replace a rubber end cap but it just falls off because it is so rigid. I'm giving it 3 stars because it works reasonably well as a rigid, reshapeable plastic, but it is not a substitute for sugru because it doesn't stick and does not behave like rubber.

This stuff is vastly inferior to White Morph. I bought it to compare and because it comes in black which is the colour I needed for my project. The darned stuff stuck to my nails and was incredibly difficult to mould. When it's really soft it falls apart so there is a very small window when it the right texture to mould and before you've finished it's set. I had to oil my hands to prevent it from sticking (if you wear gloves you have to oil those too otherwise it will stick to those - yes I tried it and yes it did!). Sorry, I can't recommend it and the Dragons were wise not to invest.

These are very useful and I had seen them used before but didn’t appreciate how good they actually were until I used them to repair a headphone band for my granddaughter, she was pleased with the results and her headphones were useful again.

Bit clunky, you wouldn’t want to use it where you can see it but for the awkward repair I failed to fix with glue it worked a treat.

Don’t use this on anything that will be getting hot, such as dishware you’ll be running through the dishwasher. It will melt again.

Sad that the product Sugru is no longer available but this is much better. I feel like it's a lot stronger and it won't expire and go bad like unused sugru

Op de eerste foto mijn laptop adapter waarvan de verbinding van het snoer met de adapter niet meer goed was. 2e foto is van dd reparatie. Verdient geen schoonheidsprijs, maar is wel functioneel. Nu 4 weken gebruikt, zit nog net zo stevig als toen ik het eromheen deed.

Efter att man har värmt upp det, så hinner man inte anv det förrän det stelnar. Stelnar för fort o så fäster det dåligt på te x på plast..

They work just as described and are very easy to mould to a smooth finish..fixed arm of my glasses and they look perfect... highly recommended.
