These are great quality pans. I've made cookies several times with these now, and normally I use parchment paper because my old cookie sheets stuck a little, but these don't have that problem. They are sturdy with a good weight to them, not at all flimsy. I use the pan with the rack for baking chicken drumsticks to prevent them from getting soggy, which works well.

I love these pans & racks. ! Easy to clean. I wash them by hand and if you don’t put them in the dishwasher you’ll probably have them fir a long time.Food cooks up great on these racks

I love these pans. There are two different racks. They are a good size but it still took both of them to cook a whole package of bacon. They fit in my dishwasher. They are a good weight.
