Great light that works as intended. I don't know if this light is the cause of my improved mood and energy levels, but I'll take what I can get. It's easy to use and light weight. I use it at work since I work long hours in a warehouse with no windows.

I get up between 4-4:30 am and am often at work before the sun rises. I bought this to use before I go in. I turn it on while eating breakfast. It’s bright and I keep it slightly turned away from me so it’s not pointing right into my eyes. I find it easy to turn on and off, though I squint a little turning it on as it’s the first real light I see in the morning. I’ve used the timer, but I generally just turn it off when I’m done now.Overall I’m pleased with this. Whether it’s placebo or not I cannot say, but my tracking watch has me at substantially more excellent nights of sleep since I got this in mid January and I feel like I fall asleep faster when I go to bed. I really feel a difference.

It's small and lightweight, so easy to store when not in use. Has built-in foldout leg to stand up for use. 3 levels of brightness. You can set the timer to auto shut off after 15-30-45-60 minutes which is actually very helpful.Power source is USB cord and wall port. My only complaints are that the included wall box gets hot very quickly and the USB cord is short. Fortunately it's compatible with my standard android USB cable and wall port, so I can avoid overheating.I can't say for sure if it's helping my mood because other factors of my treatment changed as well, but I have generally been in a better mood.

I live in the Midwest, where the winters can be very dreary, and I also suffer from seasonal depression. This lamp helps with the winter blahs. It is very compact and lightweight, so I can easily put it in my purse and take it to work and back home every day. I haven't used the timer function, but the light has three brightness settings. I wish I had bought it sooner!

I purchased this light box to compensate in the morning for the fact that my window is completely sealed off with acoustic foam, so it's dark as pitch in my bedroom when the lights are off. I wanted to see if turning it on in the morning would help my body understand quicker that it's daylight out. However, it just arrived today and I'm already planning to send it back.I feel like the user interface on this was not well thought out. The buttons are on the front and are perfectly smooth and flat. There's no way to tell using just the sense of touch what you're touching or if you're even touching a button at all. You have to be looking at the interface to operate it by sight instead of touch, as well as to view what setting the timer is set for. But it's a blindingly bright light box, so looking at it hurts.I have to find an object big enough to cover most of the lighted area in order to look at the interface. I can't adjust the brightness or settings without looking at the interface while the light is turned on. It's an extremely irritating feature, and makes me not want to use it. I can't imagine fumbling with that thing in the morning when I'm just waking up.I can't be the only one having this issue, and find it strange that I didn't see any reviews talking about this. Maybe there were some that I missed. Anyway, I don't recommend this product, based on that specific issue. I can't speak to anything else about it. It's definitely BRIGHT. I've never had one of these before so I have no frame of reference to compare it to. I hope others have better interfaces that you don't have to blind yourself to operate.

I bought this in October of 2021; it's now April of 2025. My lamp just now stopped staying on, so I'm buying another of the exact same. I've LOVED this lamp. It has helped me get through the cold months living in Michigan and Massachusetts when I am prone to seasonal depression and anxiety. It's also the best price for a great quality. I try to use it for at least 30 minutes in the morning when I'm starting work.

I love this light. I have had 2 in the last few years. I use it daily. I bought one for my mom I love it so much.The only issue I have is I would like to buy the power cord separately. Can I get just the cord without buying the whole unit? Would definitely buy again.
