I liked this phone holder, but after about 9-10 weeks the ball the adjustable spring loaded holder attaches to broke off. Unable to repair.

Easy to use, held my phone nicely in good view, then one day it snapped off. 2 months :/

Actual product does not match picture of item in description. The expectation is a black finish, not with US flag printed on phone holder. Very distracting finish. The fit is good to dash is good, but most likely will be returning product...would have passed on it had I known of the finish design.

Not like pictured. Instead I got gaudy phone clamp that has bright red edges and an American flag in the center.

I was looking for something for my Jeep. It seemed all the other holders I tried didn't fit right or blocked too much of my view. I love this! And it screws in so I don't have to worry about it popping out in the heat or cold.

UPDATE.. Yep, the phone holder broke. Don’t ride on super bumpy roads lolI love america, but didn’t want American flags on my phone mount. It’s not fully black! Also, this was the 2nd time after making a return.. same American flags. Going to keep it; putting black tape over the flags. My entire Jeep is blacked out. See past reviews for picture, this is happening to others. The mounting is ok, I don’t feel that it’s really sturdy.. my phone shakes a lot while on it. We’ll see.

First version I purchased broke after about three months, so, I wrote a poor review, however, the seller reached out to me and replaced the broken part. Not only where they quick to help out, but also very apologetic that the item had broken in the first place. The replacement part was also better built, so it looks like they have improved manufacturing. Very easy to install.

I was so excited to get this item. It was an easy install, no suction cups or anything like that! But it is so cheaply made it broke the second day! It wouldn't stay tightened and kept moving, and finally just broke while I was driving! Highly disappointed in this item!
