really good idea
depends on your needs, but this might be one of the best ideas ever. works perfectly on a desk - you will have a wireless (FAST) charger for your phone plus 3 handly USB (e.g. for your earbuds). I would not consider this as an extension cable (cable is 1m long only) but it is the handy charger you want if your phone has hands free charging, having on top some extra USB. I would not see myself using the side main sockets (will look too messy). For the ones complaining about the cable being not too flexible (correct) I used the cable tie provided to fix the mains cable to the desk leg and sorted. All in all costs as much as a wireless charging pad + main adaptor, but offers much more functionality and looks good enough to stay on my working desk (my main need was a wireless charging mat and this one has some extra at the same price!) I would recommend!

A good compact charging hub.
Really good product, just a word of caution in that you may struggle to charge 3 iPads from the three usb sockets. I have found that I can charge x2 iPads in x2 certain usb sockets. The wireless charging function is great and one of the main reasons I bought the product, as it very versatile, with x3 USB’s, wireless and a 3 pin plug.

Ideal for pupose
Keep this in my 'grab bag' for when travelling. Absolutely ideal fo the purpose especially with the built in wireless charging.

These are awesome! We have them on the shelf behind our beds. I was shocked at the quality! These are very good! The wireless charger works better than my official Apple one! Great purchase

Terrible quality
I had high hopes when I bought this item. But it stopped working in less than a couple of months. The wireless charging only worked for a month and when it did, it overheated the phones. The USB ports stopped working soon after. A £3 power lead is cheaper and more reliable. Do yourself a favour and select a different product.

Pretty tidy kit
Just wanted something for the bedside table to consolidate charging my phone, smart watch, kindle and tablet overnight. The wireless charging was great to just pop the phone on and then plenty of USB sockets for the USB-C and Micro USB stuff I needed to charge. Probably not the best out there, but suits me.
