My ferritin levels were too low & were very slow to come up with the products I had been using so I realized I needed to increase my dosage. Other products I found had much lower levels of iron per serving. I don't know if it's a coincidence but within a couple weeks of using this, I started having way more energy & wasn't struggling with my normal fatigue/exhaustion. I haven't gotten my ferritin levels checked since using it, but this was the only supplement I added during the time where my energy started increasing. It also has not made me constipated nor have I noticed any negative effects

Excellent product. Felt a boost in energy within a few days of taking it. Will get my ferritin tested in one more month. I wanted to take 43 months before getting tested again. I already know that my levels have gone up because I’m feeling so much better. I have this on auto ship monthly. My prescription iron from my doctor did absolutely nothing for me. This product does.

Easy to take and hopefully works to boost iron better than prescription pills. It's just quite expensive for a supplement
