Excellent hand pan!!!
I found this hand pan to have a beautiful sound - and perfectly tuned. For me, it is superior to the Lark Hand Pan, which is in the same price range; compared side-by-side, the OW had slightly better resonance. Highly recommended!!

Not in tune.
The one that I received had the main top note (ding) completely out of tune and almost mute, which made the handpan practically unplayable. Maybe it was damaged during shipping, considering that the packaging provided by the seller had almost no protection. The other notes were OK, but in general this handpan didn't have a lot of sustain.I returned it.
