Can this extend display for two monitors? If not then any suggestion?

No. It does not connect to monitors from a computer. Signal is not detectable. Useless. That’s $11 down the tubes.

It did not work for me. I could watch either one at a time. If both TVs were plugged into the splitter neither TV would show a picture. I would have to disconnect one TV to see a picture. It may work for monitors.

Can I use this to send 4k video to my TV and audio to my receiver (which doesn't support 4k video passthrough)?

This splitter is a one or the other design and will not do both at the same time. also the quality of video is poor. One of my tvs says the cable is not being a recognizable device
