I love these vitamins as I have a terrible diet. I like to think these help keep me alive by meeting some nutritional needs. The best part of this product is the small size of the pills. They are very easy to swallow and I hate buying the bigger ones.

Multivitamins
These are really great vitamins easy to take taste is great no problems swallowing on because they’re nice and small. I think the only downfall is you have to take two of them but for me that’s no problem. I only take my multivitamin every other day. I have a script for these subscription rather because they’re more than worth the money if you go to the store to get a multivitamin you’re gonna pay a lot more money I have been getting all my vitamins that I need on Amazon for quite a few years now I find their much cheaper If anyone is worried about side effects, there are no side effects They are very easy to digest I just had a throat surgery and I’m having no problem with him Some people might think a multivitamin isn’t good for their energy. Oh yes, it is. I think they give you more energy than others. I would recommend these vitamins to anybody who needs a good multivitamin That centrum yeah you pay a lot more. It might be a better brand name, but you don’t get it as much and they’re not as good. I’ve taken those and they don’t agree with me for some reason I have an idea and they’re not easy to swallow. I would recommend these vitamins to anyone who wants a good multivitamin

two times a day not one
Thought I was getting a great deal but missed the part where it says take two a day. I feel that should have been prominently mentioned and not buried. other than that the product seems fine and is easier to swallow than the large ones.

Results in first few days
I’ve taken them less than a week and my nails are already significantly harder. I didn’t think a supplement could act this fast but it’s the only thing I’ve changed in my daily routine so it has to be it! You have to take 2 but they’re so small i can swallow them easily and i have trouble swallowing any bigger pill so that’s an amazing plus. They’ll be my go to now!
