Got this for my husband. Was so easy to put on and is so good. Works great.

Easy to install, looks great, and very comfortable. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it does not fold down. This makes it a bit more difficult to get in and out of the rider's seat. If you're okay with that then this is a great purchase for the price.

The media could not be loaded. So when I first received this backrest after ordering I was not very pleased with the backrest. It would not work as it should as the flat bracket the backrest mounts to would not fit into the receiver correctly. I’ve seen on a couple other reviews some people were having the exact same issue. After reaching out to customer service and speaking to Rose, she was able to send me another one in which I received and it worked perfectly without any issues. This backrest is getting 5 stars from me because their customer service was excellent and very responsive!

The product is good quality and it fits!!! But the problem is, it doesn't get close enough to support my back unless I'm reclining on it!! I reach out to the manufacturer for support to see if there's anything that can solve the problem!!

Pros - Easy install (15 min). Good support for longer rides.Cons - No instructions. You don't need them there are some videos out there.

I really like this back. Rest was a lot easier to adjust easy to install. Will recommend this one for all Harleys.
