Easy to use
I bought this to melt the chocolate before putting it into a fountain. It worked great! It’s also useful for making chocolate strawberries. Good value for money

Quality Product
I had 1 of these melters to melt chocolate wafers for candy making. I make over 1000 pcs each December and even tho it melts the chocolate very well I found that it wasn't enough in 1 pot to keep a steady pace so I bought a 2nd. Now I have 2 going at once and keep one on a "supply" for melting and the other for keeping warm.I love these melters!! I also have the small Wilton one but do not like it as it doesn't melt the chocolate to a nice creamy consistency.I love the stainless steel pots as clean up is easy and the handle is study. It melts the 2# of chocolate pretty fast (maybe 20 min?). Just keep in mind to keep stirring when melting so it doesn't chunk up. Once melted turn it to warm and stir occasionally.

Good product, Poor Instruction manual.
Received as expected. Pot looks to be very good quality with plenty of capacity for 2 lbs chocolate. Looked over the instruction manual. The manual kept referring to the candy melting instructions on "page 3". Page 3 was a reiteration of the standard electrical hazard warnings printed on page 2. There were no melting instructions any where in the manual. Since there were only two heat settings, i.e.; melt and warm, how hard can it be? Also, I did find a partial instruction online which said to place on the melt setting for 11 minutes, and then turn to the warm setting. This I did, but evidently you need to stir the candy while it is melting, because I did have some minor scorching at the bottom of the white chocolate I was melting. After I removed the scorched amount, and turned the heat to warm, the pot performed fine. All I needed was reliable factory instruction in the first place, and I would not have had the first problem.

Love my Choco Maker!
Very happy with my Choco Maker. Wafers melted quickly on the initial melt setting. I left in warm setting and was able to dip all my strawberries without any problems. It's a good size and easy to clean.

Great, at first!
I make cake pops quite often. It worked great for a year or so. I probably average using it once a month, maybe 2-3 around holidays. I tried making cake balls, and the chocolate burned. It started getting hotter the last few times, so I would try keeping it on low. I would put it on high for 5 minutes at a time. The last time, my white chocolate burned in under 5 minutes.
